Addington Palace – London Weddings and Events Venue

1. The overview

Addington Palace were looking for a specialist event and venue marketing agency to help reposition the venue and generate leads and sales from weddings, filming and corporate audiences.

2. The challenge

Addington Palace’s brand presence wasn’t matching the calibre of the estate. Visuals and messaging felt dated, the website needed fresher content and stronger SEO, and social channels lacked a clear rhythm and story. PR wasn’t amplifying the right narratives to lifestyle and trade audiences.

On the commercial side, the growth engine needed tightening. The database and CRM weren’t fully leveraged, showcase events had lapsed, and listings across priority wedding, corporate and filming portals were inconsistent. Together, that meant reduced visibility with planners and scouts, a slower enquiry-to-booking journey, and performance below what the venue’s Grade II* setting and exclusive-use offer should command.

3. Our approach – Strategic Insight

We started with discovery and definition: clarifying commercial goals, mapping the three buying journeys (weddings, filming, corporate), and building a performance framework across Attract → Convert → Delight so every activity could be measured against revenue impact. This included a full audit of brand assets, digital channels, content, PR, listings and data health, with particular focus on database quality and CRM readiness to support targeted outreach and lead nurturing.

From there, we shaped a channel plan and creative standards. Priorities were a website rebuild with stronger UX, clearer journeys and technical SEO; richer, event-led imagery; and deeper integration with Instagram and LinkedIn. We paired this with a PR relaunch plan and a calendar of in-person showcases to put the Palace in front of decision-makers.

To maximise reach and conversion, we tightened coverage on high-value venue directories, activated trade and association routes to market, and built partnerships and preferred-supplier alignment to extend distribution. Always-on email was planned to keep prospects warm and accelerate the enquiry-to-booking journey.

4. The solution
