The challenge
Nicholls Solicitors is a well-established law firm in South Manchester helping both businesses and individuals with legal issues.
Their website and brand had become diluted with an old-fashioned look that was disengaging with the market. Looking to increase both the quality and quantity of customers they presented the challenge to us for a rebrand, rebuild of marketing materials, digital marketing support and growth strategy.

The solution
Rebrand
After fully understanding the business, it’s core values and the audience they wanted to attract we developed a brand that was in keeping with the market but stood them apart from its competitors locally.
This included a redesigned logo, colour palette, type and imagery styles, and brand messaging.
The new brand reflects the layers of support clients receive as well as the subtle notion of legal battles known within the industry.
Website
The new website needed to give the audience a consistent journey throughout the services offered, allowing easy contact with the business and its experts.
We worked with Nicholls to redevelop their brand tone of voice and website content that aimed to convert customers quickly.
Imagery that represented their marketplace whilst retaining emotionally engaging details with the audience was vital to ensuring trust and confidence in the business.
SEO
To make sure the website was found we provided our SEO Starter Pack which consisted of competitor and keyword research, identifying relevant opportunities to rank for, on-page optimisation, technical optimisation and recommending backlinks.
To track the performance we set up Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
