Brand Creation & Website Development

Trinity Riverside – London Event Venue

1. The overview

Trinity Riverside London is one of the capital’s most distinctive event venues. Located on the banks of the Thames at Trinity Buoy Wharf, it combines expansive riverside space, industrial heritage and London’s only lighthouse to create a truly unique setting for corporate events, weddings and film shoots.

Despite its exceptional location and flexibility, the venue lacked a dedicated brand and website. Messaging was diluted across multiple platforms, information was difficult to find, and its commercial potential was not being fully realised.

Let’s Grow was appointed to create a standalone brand and a strategically built website designed to generate enquiries, clarify positioning and support long-term growth.

2. The challenge

Trinity Riverside London operates within the wider Trinity Buoy Wharf estate and is managed by Urban Space Events. However, the venue itself did not have a distinct identity or digital presence.

This created a number of barriers to growth:

  • No standalone brand positioning
  • Confused messaging across multiple websites
  • Poor user experience when searching for venue information
  • Limited visibility in search for corporate, wedding and filming terms
  • Under-communication of its strongest assets, including London’s only lighthouse, private riverside access and large-scale capacities

The venue needed a clear market position, a dedicated digital platform and a structure designed specifically to convert visitors into enquiries.

3. Our approach – Strategic Insight

As specialists in the events and hospitality sector, we began with strategy.

We conducted:

  • Competitor analysis within the London venue market
  • Audience profiling across corporate, weddings and film & TV
  • Keyword research to identify search demand and SEO opportunity
  • A full structural rethink of how the venue should be presented online

From this work, we refined the core positioning around:

  • A private riverside venue with iconic London views
  • London’s only lighthouse as a defining feature
  • Flexible, large-scale event spaces accommodating up to 1,000 guests
  • Sustainability credentials, including 25% of revenue supporting the arts
  • Strong accessibility, including river access via private pier

The website was built from scratch in WordPress, creating a scalable platform designed to support lead generation and future marketing activity.

4. The solution

  • A distinctive brand identity reflecting both industrial heritage and contemporary versatility
  • A fully responsive website built in WordPress
  • Clear, dedicated landing pages for Corporate, Weddings and Film & TV
  • Structured capacity breakdowns for each event space
  • SEO-optimised content aligned with target search intent
  • Downloadable brochures tailored to audience segments
  • Improved enquiry pathways with strong calls to action throughout
  • Rewritten website copy developed collaboratively with the client
  • A streamlined site architecture built entirely from the ground up

5. The results

  • A clear and compelling standalone brand
  • A dedicated website built specifically to generate leads
  • Stronger positioning within the competitive London venue market
  • Improved user journey and enquiry structure
  • SEO foundations in place to drive organic visibility
  • A scalable HubSpot platform ready for integrated marketing activity

Working with Let’s Grow has been a genuinely positive experience. Trinity Riverside London needed its own identity and a platform that reflected the scale and uniqueness of the venue — and that’s exactly what they delivered.
The team quickly understood both the commercial opportunity and the complexities of operating within a wider estate. The new brand and website give us clarity, confidence and a much stronger position in the market. It’s already transformed how we present the venue to clients.
Let’s Grow feel like an extension of our team — strategic, responsive and deeply knowledgeable about the events sector. We’re excited to continue building on this foundation together.
